A leading hospitality company in Dorval is seeking a part-time club lounge attendant to ensure guest satisfaction by managing seating, preparing beverages, and maintaining cleanliness. POSITION SUMMARY
Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and the wellbeing of guests. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages. Stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly. Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed. Complete opening and closing duties. Requisition necessary supplies and transport supplies from storeroom to the bar setup area as required. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Document pertinent information in the department logbook. Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Follow all company policies and procedures. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Anticipate and address guest service needs. Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally. Prepare and review written documents accurately. Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire shifts. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
