Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is hiring a Club Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming in-club experience for Members. You will handle cleaning, stocking, and safety checks while ensuring spaces are ready for use.

The role emphasizes member interaction, teamwork, and a proactive approach to maintenance and guest service. Training and development opportunities accompany a lively, energetic workplace environment.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Warm, approachable demeanor; ability to interact with members.
• Willingness to contribute to team efforts and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Club readiness by cleaning equipment, towels and stocking supplies.
• Perform regular pool/whirlpool checks and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure changerooms, surfaces and tanning areas are clean and safe.
• Greet Members, assist with questions and direct to the right team member.
• Support overall member experience and participate in required trainings.
