Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Canada is seeking a Club Attendant who ensures a clean, safe, and friendly in-club experience for all Members. You will maintain readiness by cleaning equipment, stocking supplies, managing changerooms, and performing regular pool or tanning area checks where applicable.

You will greet Members, assist with questions, participate in training, and contribute to a positive member experience every day.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification required.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Clean equipment, towels, and stock supplies; report maintenance needs.
• Ensure changerooms and pool/whirlpool areas are kept clean where applicable.
• Assist members with questions and direct to appropriate team member.
• Greet Members and contribute to a friendly, safe environment on the workout floor.
• Participate in required training and attend meetings.
