Job summary

  • Catalogue & Vendor Management: Manage full Club B Redemption catalogue and relationships with current/new vendors.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and monitor Club B Campaigns & Challenges to optimize key metrics like conversion and redemption.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on Club B campaigns and KPIs with regional validation.
  • Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with stakeholders to review results and platform enhancements.
  • Problem Solving: Use cross-functional leadership to solve problems with urgency.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $95,000 +

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS: Starting Bonus at Target $20,000

  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Club B Specialist is a strategic and results-driven role focusing on overseeing and managing our Club B Rewards & Loyalty Program on BEES. They are responsible for optimizing audience segmentation, redemption catalogue management, Club B campaign execution, results analyses, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to analyze data, optimize user engagement, and manage vendor relationships, while aligning campaigns with regional priorities and business goals. This role requires a dynamic individual who is both strategic and operationally focused, with the ability to drive measurable results through data-driven decisions and effective campaign management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audience Segmentation & Optimization: Create segmented audiences for Club B Campaigns based on user activity/engagement, propensity to redeem, sales data, regional nuances, & Key Account variations.
  • Catalogue & Vendor Management: Manage full Club B Redemption catalogue; including re-segmenting and optimizing catalogues based on POC engagement and buying behaviour. Manage relationships with current vendors & explore opportunities with new vendors.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and monitor all Club B Campaigns & Challenges, adjusting as needed to optimize key metrics (conversion, click through rate, offer completion, redemption)
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on Club B and Digital Comms campaigns while continually identifying areas for improvement. Validate regional data, new POCs and active user base, in order to accurately report on KPIs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review results & opportunities for platform enhancement.
  • Problem Solving: ability to utilize collaboration, process analysis and cross-functional leadership to identify, analyze and execute solutions to problems at varying levels of complexity with a high sense of urgency and communication

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience applying appropriate exploration techniques leading your project through conception and innovation
  • Holistic mindset to identify new initiatives internally or externally to help drive the business results for the projects
