Job summary

Barracuda is seeking a Cloud Site Reliability Senior Engineer to join our cloud SaaS platform. You will own infrastructure as code and enable self-service for engineering teams, driving cost and performance across multi-regional deployments.

You will collaborate with cloud operations and engineering teams to refine best practices, define observability improvements with LGTM, and minimize alert noise while balancing reliability with delivery speed.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Terraform.
• Familiarity with multi-region, multi-cluster Kubernetes in Azure.
• Cloud architecture and tooling.
• Pro-active communicator with ability to explain technical risks to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the infrastructure as code, enabling self-service for engineering teams based on best practices.
• Support the Engineering team in design and implementation decisions.
• Cost and performance management for multi-regional deployments.
• Define and improve observability with LGTM.
• Collaborate with cloud operations and engineering teams to refine best practices.
• Minimizing alert noise to make alerts actionable.
