Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Cloud Engineer II in the Site Reliability Engineering team to build, operate, and maintain cloud platforms that power the Kinaxis SaaS offerings. You will contribute to automation, incident response, and production operations to ensure high availability and performance for customers worldwide.

You will collaborate with Product, Security, Platform, and Support teams, advancing infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and platform automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting production systems in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; good communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of production systems to meet SLA targets and maintain service availability for customer workloads.
• Contribute to automation across multiple environments (Azure, GCP, and datacenters) using Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Assist in managing production and HOL environments, including deployment, resource management, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response, coordinating with teams to resolve issues.
