Customer Centricity: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Develop and expand impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level TDMs, and business stakeholders. Provide direction to TDMs and bridge the gap between TDMs and BDMs.
Business Impact: Grow consumption through cloud and customer success contracts. Develop opportunities to drive customer success and help customers realize value from their Microsoft investments.
Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to customer blockers leveraging Microsoft Cloud and your expertise. Gather insights on industry trends, customer needs, and map best practices to business outcomes.
Technical Leadership: Align skills to team demands and customer success goals. Share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and connect gaps across business and technology areas to enable scalable solutions.
Business Value & Trusted Advisorship: Convey the business need and value of solutions, build trusted relationships, and understand customer needs and technologies. Use self-awareness and insightful listening to interpret cues and identify opportunities.
