Job description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan a comprehensive set of deliveries to proactively address customer priorities and ensure goals are met.
  • Drive and participate in proactive delivery management, identify performance, scalability, and resiliency issues, analyze problems, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver proactive and reactive support, including onsite presence as needed.
  • Conduct analysis of customers’ environments and take a data-driven approach to troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate within a virtual account team to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Work with support teams, account teams, product engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a streamlined customer experience.
  • Apply lessons learned for continuous process and delivery improvement.
  • Share and gain knowledge through communities.
  • Contribute to on-call rotations to ensure high-quality service for critical incidents for Mission Critical customers.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or consulting.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in related fields with a Bachelor's Degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s Degree, in relevant areas.
  • Certification in Microsoft and Cloud Technologies.
  • Knowledge of X++ and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development stack.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning, monitoring tools (LCS, Power Platform Admin Center, Application Insights).
  • Experience with Power Platform integrations.
  • Understanding of ERP concepts and Dynamics 365 SCM architecture is a plus.
  • Knowledge of how Dynamics 365 interacts with Azure and other platforms.

Role pay range in Canada: CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600/year. Applications accepted until August 7, 2025.
