• Support rollout planning and execution for Process Orchestration use cases across Supply Chain.
• Partner with SCM, TIS, ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and solution vendors to validate requirements.
• Act as a Supply Chain process advisor translating operational needs into workflow, data, training and change management requirements.
• Maintain and improve sustainment processes for deployed use cases by monitoring defects, enhancement requests, training needs, knowledge gaps, and recurring user issues.
• Develop and maintain rollout materials, training content, job aids, communications, process documentation, and adoption reporting.
• Analyze usage, defect, and adoption data to identify barriers and demonstrate value realization from Process Orchestration capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement of SCM processes, tools, and standards by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen compliance.
