Job summary

Wipro Canada Calgary is seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional professional to lead ERP design, configuration, and data migration efforts. The role focuses on delivering Oracle Fusion/ERP solutions with strong data governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and work with business leaders to ensure successful transformations and integrations within a dynamic digital landscape.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience implementing, supporting, or migrating Oracle applications and data platforms.
• Led large-scale Oracle data conversion and migration initiatives.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major transformations.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, reconciliation, and validation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience leading large-scale Oracle data conversion and migration initiatives.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations resulting from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major business transformations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP environments such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion, or related Oracle platforms.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and data migration tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, reconciliation, and validation methodologies.
• Experience creating project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and executive communications.
• Ability to work effectively with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
