Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Toronto is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to support its cloud strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud technologies including Typescript, AWS CDK, and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. This role will involve designing and implementing the bank’s cloud platform while ensuring adherence to security standards. Qualifications

• Extensive cloud platform experience and certifications in AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, IAM, Key Vault, SQL MI.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cloud Platform strategy and implementation.
• Design and implement the bank’s Core and shared services.
• Manage hybrid cloud connectivity and intra-cloud networking.
• Develop patterns for automated provisioning and security.
• Contribute to IaC modules and enhance hybrid cloud capabilities.
