Job summary

dcbel Inc. is looking for a Head of Network Operations to lead cloud infrastructure across platforms, with a strong emphasis on Azure. You will design, deploy and support production services, and drive scalable, auditable operations across the stack.

You will manage a 24/7 NOC, mentor diverse engineering teams, and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and IS to plan product rollouts while ensuring data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading cloud/operational infra teams.
• Extensive NOC experience.
• Azure-based cloud design and implementation expertise.
• Strong SAFe/Agile experience.
• Proficient with DevOps tools: Git, Python, PowerShell, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Solid Windows/Linux networking and security knowledge.
• Familiar with SRE and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and management of cloud infra across platforms, focusing on Azure.
• Develop cloud operations strategy: capacity, performance, and cost management.
• Build tools and processes to support audit/compliance requirements.
• Oversee 24/7 NOC support and incident response.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and IS for product rollouts.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers across teams.
• Manage data privacy programs and security controls.
• Document guidelines, manuals, and checklists for IoT/devices.
• Drive business cases for new solutions and services.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures.
