You are: Accenture seeks an experienced Cloud Migration Consultant to guide clients through complex migrations of ERP systems—including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), SAP, and other legacy platforms—to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating closely with clients to ensure successful transitions aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Migration & Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end cloud migrations from Oracle EBS, SAP, or other ERP systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Design and implement migration strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on technology decisions, risks, and migration frameworks.

Project & Portfolio Management

• Manage complex projects, ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams and technologies.
• Oversee program scope, budgets, timelines, risks, governance, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate integration across diverse ERP landscapes and Oracle Cloud solutions.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Engage senior executives, IT leaders, and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Lead change management initiatives to promote adoption of cloud solutions.
• Build collaborative relationships and address organizational resistance to change.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Implement best practices for ERP cloud migrations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement via automation, analytics, and collaboration tools.
• Help client teams optimize operational efficiency post-migration.

Qualifications & Experience

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years leading large-scale ERP migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong skills in program leadership, portfolio management, and technology transformations.
• Proven ability to advise and collaborate with client stakeholders effectively.
• Experience managing risks, interdependencies, budgets, and governance in enterprise migrations.
• Successful track record guiding organizations through major IT transformations.

English proficiency is required, as this role involves regular interactions with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries, where English is the common language. Due to the high volume of interactions, reorganizing activities to avoid this requirement is not feasible.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) best practices for cloud program delivery.
• Experience with digital tools and collaboration platforms for effective program communication and management.
