Job summary

ShyftLabs in Toronto is seeking a Cloud IAM Engineer to own identity infrastructure, enforce Single Sign-On across our enterprise applications, and streamline access lifecycle management across multi-cloud and SaaS environments.

You will work in a hybrid model with three days per week in our downtown Toronto office, enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependents, and have opportunities to grow your skills as we scale with Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with identity protocols (OIDC/SAML), access governance, and lifecycle automation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud IAM across multi-cloud/SaaS environments.
• Experience implementing and maintaining SSO across applications.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to own, secure, and streamline access across our enterprise systems. In this role, you will architect our identity infrastructure, enforce Single Sign-On (SSO) across all applications, automate employee access lifecycles, and strictly govern application-level permissions.

Because this role oversees core identity infrastructure across our multi-cloud and SaaS environments, we require hands-on technical experience with identity protocols, cloud access policies, and security automation.
