Job summary

Lucrodyne, a cloud consulting partner in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a skilled professional to implement and support enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with the Client Technology Manager to drive technology-enabled transformations for clients across Canada and the U.S.

The role involves working with AWS, DevOps practices, Python scripting, and CloudFormation, with opportunities for growth, training, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support experience in Windows/Linux environments.
• Professional certifications are assets.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure migrations or large-scale deployments is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with Client Technology Manager to transform business processes through cloud tech.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and provide on-call support as needed.
• Remediate helpdesk requests and IT incidents for clients.
• Install and configure application stacks and ensure security best practices.

Overview

Lucrodyne is an AWS and Azure Consulting Partner based in the Greater Toronto Area, serving clients across Canada and the United States. We offer SaaS/API expertise, Data & AI solutions, as well as Infrastructure and DevOps across leading public cloud platforms.

As part of the Lucrodyne team, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions. Working closely with the Client Technology Manager, the successful candidate will be passionate about technology and understand its critical role in transforming business processes.

Key Responsibilities: (includes but not limited to):

• Expert in AWS Computing using API’s
• Deep experience with DevOps
• Scripting skills in Python and CloudFormation
• Knowledge of Cloud networking on AWS
• Working knowledge of AWS Security and Best Practices
• Application Stack installation and configuration
• Solid Windows and Linux OS Admin Skills
• Experience with Data Backup and Recovery systems
• Infrastructure Cloud Migration Experience
• Remediation of helpdesk requests and IT incidents for Clients
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Monitoring of IT infrastructure and on-call support as required
• Desire to grow technology skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical support experience in Windows / Linux environments
• Professional certifications are considered assets
