Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator for a part-time position. The ideal candidate is efficient, highly organized, proficient with Microsoft computer systems, and a good problem solver who implements system-based solutions. Timely completion of workload is essential for success.

Job Duties:

  • Providing administrative support within a team setting.
  • Assembling and maintaining client records.
  • Supporting team members, clients, and leadership through various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing attendance, and scheduling client services.

  • Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Following documented procedures.
  • Assisting in booking appointments.
  • Handling customer inquiries and responding to emails promptly.
  • Communicating professionally with clients and maintaining confidentiality.
