Collaboration Services Technology team is actively seeking a *Senior Collaboration Engineer* to support and enhance their modern workplace ecosystem. This role will play a key part in delivering a secure, efficient, and scalable end-user experience across the organization, with a strong focus on *SharePoint Online* and *Microsoft 365 collaboration tools*.*Why Join Us:** Direct impact on daily operations and productivity across the organization through collaboration solutions.* Work with cutting-edge M365 technologies as Fitch expands its digital workplace strategy.* Be part of a forward-thinking IT department that encourages professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.*Key Responsibilities:** Act as the *Subject Matter Expert (SME)* for *Microsoft SharePoint Online* and *OneDrive* environments.* Provide engineering and day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 core services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure/Entra AD.* Lead the organization-wide *migration of legacy file share systems* into SharePoint Online.* Collaborate with business and technology teams to integrate M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint) into core business processes and applications.* Oversee integration and support of third-party governance tools like *AvePoint* to manage SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive environments.*Required Qualifications:** *7?10 years* of overall IT experience, with a significant focus on *SharePoint technologies*.* Minimum *5 years* of experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms in a support and engineering capacity.* Practical knowledge of *Active Directory*, *Azure/Entra AD*, and Microsoft security frameworks.* Strong team collaboration and a commitment to enhancing the *end-user experience*.*Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):** Experience with *Microsoft Power Platform* including *Power Apps, Power Automate*, and *Power BI*.* Proficiency in *PowerShell scripting* for automation and administration tasks.* Hands-on experience with *AvePoint Cloud Governance* tools and policy configuration.* Exposure to working in *regulated or compliance-driven environments*.Job Type: PermanentPay: $42.00-$43.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
