Job Overview:
- Managing all stakeholders' (Board members) expectations.
- Managing day-to-day operations and activities of the whole facility including cleaning and waste management.
- Preparing and proposing plans for organizational improvement and community benefit.
- Monitoring and managing building maintenance in civil (plumbing, roof leakages), electrical, and HVAC areas while regularly reporting any issues to Shura and getting jobs done in a timely manner.
- Managing and monitoring the security of the building and whole facility (inside and outside).
- Coordinating and facilitating various committees and Madrasa activities at ICM/MDI.
- Participating in various organizational meetings, preparing and distributing minutes, which includes Shura meetings, educational & school meetings, sports, and other activity meetings.
- Creating and developing various procedural and policy documents for organizational control.
- Following up on various issues and open items with concerned board members.
- Dealing/liaising with various outside governmental/non-governmental bodies through phone and email and resolving issues if any.
- Searching and working with various government agencies funded programs beneficial for ICM.
- Participating and managing all ongoing and future ICM projects.
- Dealing with contractors, assigning and monitoring work progress, reviewing and approving invoices for payments.
- Allocating resources, providing logistic support, and arranging the requirements for various activities and programs.
- Managing and organizing all events in the centre, their supplies, and logistics.
- Managing all promotional and marketing material, artwork design, and printing.
- Facilitating and giving full logistic support on our calendarized religious program with the program coordinator.
- Procurement of supplies and other items required from time to time.
- Managing Ramadan Iftar and Taraveeh preparation (logistics and supplies).
- Ensuring waste management is lifted in a timely manner.
- Preparing Friday announcements, getting approvals, and ensuring area readiness.
- Eid arrangements and preparation.
- Listening to congregants' complaints, collecting suggestions, and advice for the improvement of programs and operations and other areas of the facility and Masjid.
- Participating in planning and execution of fundraising activities.
- Assisting the Director of Finance in accounting activities including bookkeeping, creating financial statements, and dealing with banks when required.
- Any other job assigned by ICM Shura from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Benefits: Casual dress
Flexible language requirement: French not required
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Education: AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
