Job Details

About Us: Melbourne Property Management is a Toronto-based firm serving the Ontario market, with over 30 years of combined industry experience. We focus on creating a community within each condominium we manage, providing full services including consulting, management, financial reporting, and administrative support.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include providing status certificates within the required timeframe, assisting with AGM packages/documents, creating folders in SharePoint, and supporting the admin team.

Responsibilities:
  • Furnish Status Certificates as per process
  • Assist with AGM and turnover packages
  • Create new property folders in SharePoint
  • Update Community List spreadsheet
  • Manage registered documents in SharePoint
  • Prepare government-regulated documents
  • Retrieve and manage client owner information, liaising with lawyers or previous management
  • Coordinate document transition for new management companies
  • Maintain databases and directories
  • Cross-train team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in condominium management preferred
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated, deadline-driven, and proactive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:

Start date: ASAP

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON
