Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier close protection services to clients in both domestic and international settings.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop personalized security plans.
  • Ensure client safety during travel, events, and public or private engagements.
  • Monitor and identify threats, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, security teams, and event organizers as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum 3–5 years in close / executive protection, military, law enforcement, or high private security roles.
  • Certification : Certified in close protection (e.g., Executive Protection Certification, SIA Licence, or equivalent).
  • Licensing : Valid driver’s license and security licenses (e.g., Quebec Security Guard License); ability to obtain international permits.
  • Skills : Situational awareness, emergency response, conflict resolution.
  • Physical Fitness : Excellent physical and mental resilience.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written skills; bilingual in English / French or additional languages an asset.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with high-net-worth individuals or multinational corporations is preferred.
