Job Title: CLO 3D Coordinator

Position Overview:

The CLO 3D Product Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the digital creation of 3D apparel designs and prototypes. This role involves close collaboration with Design, Product Development, Patternmaking, Material Development, and fellow 3D team members to ensure that digital assets meet brand and product standards. The CLO 3D Product Coordinator plays a critical role in streamlining the workflow, improving design efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

About You:

1. Coordinate the creation of virtual garments and products using CLO 3D software, ensuring accurate digital replication of design specifications and materials.
2. Support the 3D garment development process from concept to final virtual sample, ensuring smooth transitions between design, technical development, and Product Development.
3. Assist the teams during the review process for 3D prototypes, gathering feedback from design and development teams to make necessary adjustments in CLO 3D.
4. Organize and maintain libraries of 3D assets, fabrics, trims, and materials within CLOset.
5. Ensure that digital garments and assets meet company standards in terms of design accuracy, fit, and visual quality.
6. Support the teams with technical support, troubleshooting software-related issues, and help train new users.
7. Create user guides and share with the teams on how to perform actions in CLO 3D.
8. Track project progress, document key milestones, and provide regular updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
9. Identify opportunities to improve 3D workflow efficiency, reduce sample lead times, and enhance collaboration using CLO 3D and other digital tools.
10. Stay updated on the latest trends in 3D product creation, digital fashion, and CLO software features to maintain industry competitiveness.

Qualifications:

1. University/College degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Digital Fashion, or related fields.
2. Experience working with CLO 3D or similar digital fashion platforms in a product development or design role.
3. Experience in a fashion, apparel, or product development environment is preferred.
4. Knowledge of fashion industry trends, particularly related to digital transformation and virtual sampling.
5. Has an affinity for technology.
