Job Summary
The Team
You'll be joining the Cariboo District Administration Team—a positive, and supportive group that values collaboration and inclusivity. This close-knit team of up to five members support both the Operational and Development Services teams. The team comprises both experienced staff with newer team members, creating a welcoming space for fresh perspectives and shared growth.
The Role
As a District Clerk in the South Interior Region – Cariboo District, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for the public. Your responsibilities will include handling phone inquiries, organizing files, processing invoices, and managing hired equipment, all while ensuring that clients' needs are quickly identified and directed to the appropriate team member. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team, where you’ll gain valuable experience with the Ministry of Transportation and continuously expand your skills through a variety of tasks.
