Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Clinician to provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support for clients across hospital, residential, and community settings. You will work under supervision within an inter-professional clinical team and align care plans with patient goals.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with day hours, and you will contribute to integrated care in a dynamic environment focused on recovery and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Experience providing therapeutic interventions in clinical settings.
• Ability to work with inter-professional clinical teams.
• Willingness to support clients across hospital, residential and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary therapeutic, case management and mental health/substance use support for assigned clients.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, this position is responsible for providing primary therapeutic, case management and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients, whether they are in hospital, residential or community settings. Such services are provided where and as required, in accordance with care plans agreed to by the inter-professional clinical team, the individual and family.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00
