What You'll Be Doing

Essential Functions:

1. Completes Bio-psychosocial assessments thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
2. Suicide Assessments are complete with detail of protective and risk factors.
3. Written documentation is signed, clear and well organized.
4. Billing and notes correspond correctly.
5. Treatment plans are completed by the 5th visit.
6. Three (3) month summaries are completed every 3 months thereafter.
7. Productivity is maintained at 65% for direct service hours.
8. Goals of therapy are measurable, behavioral and treatment is focused and goal directed.
9. Discharge is planned in an appropriate manner with future service needs addressed.

What We're Looking For

1. Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology
2. NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
3. Experience with working with children, adolescents, and adults. Completes bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical interventions.
4. Bilingual Preferred.
