$1000 Sign On Bonus
Starting at $60,000/yr with increases available for relevent experience up to $66,200.
Mon-Friday, Flexible 8-4pm or 9-5pm with a weekend on-call rotation
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time clinician for their Therapeutic Day School located in Rutland, MA. The Devereux Day school serves individuals age 6 through 21 who present with issues such as disruptive behaviors, mood/anxiety disorders, complex trauma, or abuse-reactive behaviors.
The clinician is responsible for the completion of individualized treatment plans, Behavior Support Plans, social/emotional IEP goals, individual and group intervention, risk assessment, consultation to the multi-disciplinary team, and positively interfaces with school districts and other external agencies. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports embedded within a trauma-informed care milieu. The average caseload for this clinical position is 12-14 students.
The ideal candidate will have training and experience in mental health counseling, CBT or DBT and some knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis. The candidate should also have experience completing BSPs, treatment planning, and facilitating individual and group therapy. Devereux provides the Clinician with access to ongoing training and support in these areas and the clinician would report directly to the clinical director or clinical supervisor.
