A day in the life:

  1. Collaborate with clinicians across Ontario, learning skills and sharing clinical & sales best practices
  2. Opportunity to learn and use cutting edge industry techniques and technology
  3. Support with continued education, training, and growth
  4. Maintain patient relationships from the initial consultation to the successful resolution of their hearing challenges
  5. Counselling, dispensing of hearing aids and continued follow up care
  6. Opportunity to conduct ongoing research

What you bring:

  1. Masters Degree in Audiology
  2. Licensed by CASPLO/AHIP as well as ADP
  3. Professional written and verbal communication
  4. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and counsel according to their specific needs
  5. Analytical; attention to detail; strong follow through skills
  6. Caring and compassionate customer approach; patience/listening
  7. Persuasive skills to influence outcomes
  8. Accountability and ownership; results oriented
  9. Adaptable and organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

You are a highly motivated, dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
