Job description

*We are offering a $1000 sign-on bonus for this position *

We have an excellent full-time opportunity for a Clinician and a Children's Clinician to provide outpatient treatment to individuals/families of the Behavioral Health Center in an office and/or outreach basis.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Clinicians will provide therapy services - individual, group, couples, or family. Services may be office-based, school-based, community or via telehealth as appropriate for the clinical needs of the client.
  2. Clinicians will attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings. Clinicians will be expected to maintain caseload as assigned to perform assessment, treatment, planning, and ongoing psychotherapy.
  3. Clinicians will make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
  4. Clinicians may be called upon to provide training and to participate in the clinic staff training program, as well as being available as a consultants on clinical work issues.
  5. Ongoing supervision will be provided to meet the requirements of the agency and licensing bodies.
  6. Clinicians will provide on-call triage to clients of FSA’s Behavioral Health Center on a rotating basis. Each on-call shift is weekly, Tuesday to Tuesday from 5 pm to 9 am on weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays. Clinicians are reimbursed at a rate per week per on-call rotation week.
  7. Clinicians will be required to submit a timesheet biweekly.
  8. Full-time Clinicians receive 3 weeks Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays. Paid Time off must be used by June 30th of each fiscal year unless the clinician starts in the final quarter of the fiscal year. Such a person will have until October 1st of the next fiscal year to take accrued PTO. Full-time clinicians working 40 hours will be expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.

Education and Experience:
Must have a Master’s degree in social work, clinical psych, or similar and be licensed or license eligible – LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.
