Overview : The Clinical Training Specialist & Account Manager for RxSight Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of optimizing new and existing customer workflows, driving product adoption, and providing in-depth clinical training and support. You will be a trusted advisor to Canadian RxSight customers, supporting them from the initial onboarding through post-adoption phases. In addition to traditional account management, you will train clinical staff and surgeons on the RxSight LAL technology, ensuring a seamless integration into the clinic environment.
