Extensive travel across Canada is expected.

Location: North York, ON (Office-based when not at customer clinics)

Overview: The Clinical Training Specialist & Account Manager for RxSight Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) is a hybrid role responsible for optimizing customer workflows, driving product adoption, and providing clinical training and support. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Canadian RxSight customers, supporting them from onboarding through post-adoption, including training clinical staff and surgeons on RxSight LAL technology to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management & Customer Success
  2. Ensure effective onboarding of new RxSight customers and optimize usage.
  3. Develop strategic plans to increase customer penetration of RxSight technology.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams for patient education programs and support marketing efforts.
  5. Promote increased adoption of RxSight technology within clinics.
  6. Optimize patient flow and clinic operations for better customer experience.
  7. Assist in developing publications and peer-reviewed articles as needed.
  8. Clinical Training & Support
  9. Train clinical staff and surgeons on Light Adjustable Lens and Light Delivery Device (LDD).
  10. Provide ongoing in-clinic support for proper utilization of RxSight LAL.
  11. Support clinics with patient education, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
  12. Share best practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
  13. Act as a clinical resource during onboarding and ongoing customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Optometric Degree or COMT preferred.
  • In-clinic experience with cataract surgery and intraocular lenses required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ophthalmic industry; experience with Light Adjustable Lens is an asset.
  • Strong project management, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • French language skills are a strong asset.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Canada.

  • Complete required training as per the position’s training plan documented in the system.
