About the Opportunity
We are hiring Clinical Therapists (CT) across various service areas, including:
Community Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions - Adult
The Clinical Therapist conducts assessments, treatment, intervention, and crisis management for clients, engaging in quality initiatives and collaborative, person-centered care.
Child & Adolescent Services
Provides psycho-social assessments and treatments to children and youth within a Stepped Care framework, participating in collegial support and clinical pathways.
SchoolsPlus
Delivers services within schools, working collaboratively with partners to educate and support children and families.
Urgent Care
Provides advanced assessment and intervention for crisis clients across the lifespan, mainly from Emergency Departments.
Clinical Virtual Care Team
Offers assessment, psychotherapy, and group facilitation via virtual technologies for youth and adults with mental health and substance use disorders, collaborating with community providers.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a relevant health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, Occupational Therapy)
- Current registration or eligibility with the provincial regulatory body
- At least two years of clinical experience including assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
- Additional languages are an asset, French preferred

Employment Details

Compensation
- Clinical Therapist: $40.18 - $54.14/hour
- Clinical Therapist (Developmental): $35.83 - $46.37/hour
