Sunbeam Developmental Resource Centre – Waterloo Region (SDRC) is a division of Sunbeam Community & Developmental Services.
The Sunbeam Developmental Resource Centre is the single point of access to developmental services for children in the Region of Waterloo. SDRC provides case management and clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders. SDRC also assists them and their caregivers in connecting with community services and supports. Position Overview:
We are presently inviting applications for a contract Clinical Therapist. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours Monday – Friday; with a minimum of 2 evenings per week and some weekend hours. The successful candidate will be based out of our Kitchener location but required to travel throughout Waterloo Region.
As part of our Brightside ABA Services (https://brightsideabaservices.com/), the successful candidate will prepare comprehensive, behavioural/functional assessments and ABA-based intervention strategies. The work also involves a teaching/training function for families and agencies supporting these individuals in a variety of community settings. Work is performed under the direction and supervision of an Ontario Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.)
