Strides Toronto is hiring five casual Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapists to work with children and youth diagnosed with ASD. You will deliver ABA services in group or one-to-one formats and support families with skill generalization in home and community settings.
Responsibilities include creating baselines, caregiver coaching, and maintaining detailed records; prior ABA experience is required. This role is casual and requires a police check before starting.

$33.81 to $39.37 per hour

Strides Toronto Support Services (“Strides Toronto”) Strides Toronto is a multi-service agency supporting infants, children, youth and young adults from birth to age 29, and their families, primarily across east Toronto. We offer community-based, residential and treatment programs—including mental health counselling, autism services, early intervention, day treatment, education, outreach and community support—using a client-centered, evidence-informed approach. Since 2015, Strides Toronto has served as Toronto’s Lead Agency for Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health, partnering with 21 core service providers to provide system leadership, citywide planning, coordinated service delivery and program alignment. Strides Toronto also leads initiatives with broader reach, includingHelp Aheadand theHOPE Strategyacross Toronto andOne Stop Talk/Parlons Maintenantand theProvincial Youth Outreach Worker Programacross Ontario.
This is an existing vacancy for five (5) casual Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapist positions. The ABA Therapist works directly with children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families in the provision of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services. ABA services include group and/ or individual sessions in the areas of communication skills, behaviour management/ emotional regulation, social/ interpersonal skills and daily living skills. The ABA Therapist also provides caregiver education and skill building sessions to help caregivers promote their child’s skill generalization in the home and community. These sessions allow caregivers to promote their child’s development by implementing ABA strategies at home.
