The Clinical Support Worker participates in case planning with clients and counselors, assisting in delivering clinical and primary care programs using culturally appropriate, sensitive approaches. Responsibilities include intake duties, record-keeping, facilitating group workshops, supporting clients in lifestyle and wellness activities, responding to crisis situations, providing medication reminders, assisting with medical health monitoring, and collaborating with clients using strengths-based, motivational, and trauma-informed approaches.
Responsibilities include:
Education and Experience: Grade 12 plus completion of a recognized Substance Use Certificate or Social Service Worker program, with one (1) year of recent related experience. Valid First Aid - CPR C with AED.
