  • Support clinical development and education, manage inventory and equipment, and customer education programs related to Medtronic products and technology. Support policy implementation and participate in clinical and operational decision-making within the organizational unit. Train investigators and customers on proper use of Medtronic products.

A Day in the Life

  • Conduct on-site education and consulting.
  • Support field personnel to ensure optimal outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales plans within one or more business units.
  • Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to promote product awareness.
  • Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams for customer case and sales support.
  • Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Teams.
  • Serve as a technical resource to support sales of specific medical products or solutions.
  • Report complaints and adverse drug reactions (ADR).
  • Lead clinical education activities, including assessment, curriculum planning, communication, and skills development.
  • Develop and execute clinical education programs to enhance user competencies.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners, training centers, and opinion leaders.
  • Provide training to new employees on products, technology, and materials.
  • Assist in developing marketing and sales objectives and programs.
  • Contribute medical expertise to case reports, journal articles, and clinical reports.
  • Plan and coordinate educational workshops, events, and activities, maintaining contact with customers to assess needs.
  • Lead efforts to secure speaking engagements at key conferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align priorities for company direction, product development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all clinical support and education activities as part of reporting requirements.
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with RSM & SPM.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, Associate degree, or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Currently enrolled in a certificate program from a recognized pacing school like ATI or PrepMD.

Job Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in healthcare or engineering with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Or at least 4 years with an Associate degree.
  • Or at least 2 years with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Or 3 years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree and enrollment in a certificate program like ATI or PrepMD.

Nice to Have

  • Background in Nursing Education or medical technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare-related Sales or Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems at various levels.
  • Experience with medical devices.
