Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste Clinique dynamique pour soutenir nos activités dans la région du Québec et de l’Est du Canada, au sein de notre division Bronchoscopie.

Responsabilités principales

  • Diriger et façonner l’assistance clinique auprès des clients clés dans la région.
  • Assurer une adoption fluide et efficace de nos technologies innovantes dans les établissements de santé.
  • Fournir une expertise technique spécialisée sur les solutions de bronchoscopie.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les Spécialistes de Comptes Chirurgicaux MedTech pour mettre en œuvre les plans de comptes et développer les relations cliniques clés.
  • Informer les clients actuels et potentiels sur les produits, les prix et offrir un service client de qualité supérieure.
  • Gérer un budget de territoire assigné et remplir les tâches administratives connexes.
  • Offrir un retour pertinent sur les tendances du marché, les programmes promotionnels et les besoins des clients.
  • Travailler en synergie avec l’équipe de ventes régionale pour améliorer les performances collectives et la motivation.
  • Contribuer avec les équipes de marketing et de vente à l’optimisation des initiatives produits et marchés.

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme universitaire (sciences de la santé, ingénierie ou affaires – un atout).
  • Expérience en vente, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe (requis).
  • Expérience dans l’industrie des dispositifs médicaux (fortement souhaitée).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Intérêt démontré pour la robotique (un atout).
  • Leadership avéré et esprit d’initiative.
  • Solides compétences analytiques (capacité à comprendre des données cliniques complexes).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets efficacement.
  • Bonne connaissance de l’environnement des soins de santé au Canada.
  • Permis de conduire valide (obligatoire).
  • Disponibilité à voyager jusqu’à 75 % du temps, principalement dans l’Est du Canada.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) fortement préféré.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leads and shapes critical clinical support of key customers in PQ. Responsible for seamless adoption of innovative technologies and proficiency of site.
  • Provides highly specialized technical expertise for Bronchoscopy Solutions.
  • Works closely with MedTech Surgery Account Specialists to support execution of account plans & development of key clinical relationships.
  • Calling on existing and prospective customers while providing product information, pricing and overall exceptional customer service.
  • Operating within an assigned territory budget, and adherence to assigned administrative duties.
  • The Clinical Specialist is expected to provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
  • The Clinical Specialist will work with members of the regional sales team to improve performance and enhance morale. They will interact with sales and marketing management to refine product and market initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a University Degree in business, engineering or health sciences is preferred.
  • Sales, Marketing or related experience is required.
  • Medical device industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • A background and/or demonstrated interest in Robotics is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership required.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; especially, should be comfortable understanding complex clinical trial data is required.
  • The individual must be an excellent collaborator and problem solver who demonstrates a strong ability to take initiatives and be creative is required.
  • The individual will have the ability to handle multiple projects effectively and have an overall understanding of the Canadian Healthcare environment.
  • Up to 75% travel may be required. Flexibility to travel around Eastern Canada is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Proficiency in French & English is highly preferred.
