We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Specialist to be in Moncton, NB.

Major Responsibilities
  • Provides product and procedural technical support and service, including staff in-servicing and educating surgeons and other clinical stakeholders on the safe and effective use of Ethicon products.
  • Builds strong relationships with nursing staff and identifies potential gaps that need to be addressed with staff regarding safe use of DePuy Synthes products.
  • Liaises with Product Specialists to execute the established account strategy.
  • Supports regional efforts of providing appropriate case coverage and technical expertise across a specific region (specific accounts to be determined by RBM)
  • Support booking of loaner/sawbones equipment, including checking in/out sets for loaners.
Qualifications:
  • A University Degree is required, preferably in business, statistics or health sciences.
  • A minimum of five years of sales, marketing or related experience is required.
  • Medical device industry sales experience is required, preferably in the assigned market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership required.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; comfort understanding clinical trial data.
  • Proven track record of collaboration and problem solving and ability to take initiative and be creative.
  • The individual will have the ability to handle multiple projects effectively and have an overall understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment.
  • Up to 50% travel may be required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
