Work environment: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is a key player in public safety, responsible for the supervision and reintegration of offenders serving sentences of two years or more. We manage approximately 15,000 offenders placed within our 43 institutions and more than 8,500 offenders under supervision in the community.

Intent of the process: CSC will review applications received weekly and contact applicants selected for further assessment based on the needs of the region. It is important that you indicate all locations where you want to work. The immediate needs are located in Agassiz (Kent Institution and Mountain Institution) and in Abbotsford (Frazer Valley Institution and Regional Treatment Center - psychiatric hospital). The candidate qualified pool resulting from this selection process may be used to staff similar positions on an indeterminate (anticipatory), term, or casual basis.
