Intentional Outcomes Counselling is a progressive, trauma-informed group practice serving individuals and couples across Nova Scotia. We offer evidence-based care rooted in emotional intelligence, clinical integrity, and human connection. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—our clinicians bring depth, flexibility, and heart to their work.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Provide therapy to clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use issues

Offer care in a hybrid model : both virtual and in-person (Halifax office)

Work autonomously while staying connected to a warm, collaborative team

Use modalities like CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, IFS, or others aligned with your strengths. EMDR considered an asset.

Participate in team consultation, peer learning, and ongoing development

Who We’re Looking For :

Registered (or eligible) with NSCSW (MSW RSW)
