A leading care services provider in Medicine Hat is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to oversee care management and ensure high standards of resident care. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, at least ten years of nursing experience, and proven leadership in a care facility. The Clinical Services Manager [CSM] works closely with the Director of Care to support the overall management of care services within the facility, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of the highest standards of resident care at all times.
Participate in Accreditation processes, as well as regional and provincial care service and safety audits, contributing to action plan development and leading the implementation and follow-up of initiatives.
Collaborate with the Human Resource Advisor and Director of Care to ensure resident service concerns are investigated and addressed in accordance with AgeCare policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze employee safety within care services, implementing injury prevention measures as needed.
Assist the Director of Care in achieving operational plans, annual care budget targets, and objectives.
Ensure resident welcomes and move-ins comply with AgeCare policies and provincial standards.
Interpret nursing-related issues for the Director of Care, participating in and prioritizing decisions related to policy, practice, and processes affecting care services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Active registration and membership in good standing with CARNA or CRPNA
Minimum of ten years of nursing experience, including at least five years in a leadership role
Management experience in a Supportive Living and/or Long-Term Care facility

Exceptional proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
