Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a highly energetic Registered Respiratory Therapist for our Calgary branch. The RT will provide oxygen therapy, ventilatory support, and collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety and optimal care.

The role requires RRT licensing with CARTA, strong cardio-respiratory assessment abilities, a valid driver\'s license, and a willingness to participate in sleep-related duties when prescribed. This is a full-time on-site position in Calgary, AB.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Registered with CARTA.
• Experience in cardio-respiratory assessment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clear vulnerable persons check.
• Experience in healthcare is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft/Google apps and Android.

Responsibilities

• Provide oxygen therapy and ventilatory support as prescribed.
• Develop and adjust respiratory treatment plans with physicians.
• Perform full respiratory assessments and interpret results.
• Deliver equipment and supplies and ensure patient safety.
• Educate clients and caregivers on therapy and device use.
• Coordinate sleep-related duties when PAP therapy is prescribed.
