About The Opportunity

As Manager, Clinical Quality and Risk, you’ll play a vital role in elevating our clinical operations by:

  • Leading risk reduction and resident and patient safety strategies
  • Monitoring and reporting on key clinical quality indicators
  • Facilitating audits, regulatory compliance, and internal reviews
  • Overseeing incident investigations and root cause analyses
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborating with operations, legal, and clinical practice teams
  • Serving as liaison with professional regulatory colleges

About You

You are a detail-oriented leader who understands the critical link between clinical quality, safety, and resident and patient well-being. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by data-driven improvement.

Education And Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Nursing and a current RN license (required)
  • Hands-on experience in clinical settings with quality assurance focus
  • Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement and risk management
  • Advanced education (e.g., MHA, MPH) and knowledge of data analysis, compliance, and accreditation standards considered assets

Technical Proficiencies

  • Strong data analysis and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards, audit processes, and clinical documentation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational change
