Job Title : Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Diagnostic Evaluations (Part-Time, Hybrid)

FLSA Classification : Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation : $75 to $135 / hour.

About The Role

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes administering assessments, integrating results, and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and feedback to families.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct interviews, direct / indirect assessments (including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar tools).
  • Score, interpret, and write comprehensive diagnostic reports.
  • Deliver findings and recommendations to families and referral sources.
  • Submit completed reports and invoices within 48 hours of patient contact.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in all evaluations.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Required :

  • Doctorate in Psychology
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Michigan
  • Proficiency in autism diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R)
  • Preferred :

  • 1–3+ years of experience conducting ASD diagnostic evaluations
  • Experience with hybrid / telehealth models
  • Skills & Traits :

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Confidence in working independently with clinical integrity
  • Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
