Job summary

Fraser Health Authority in British Columbia is seeking a Clinical Practice Consultant, Professional Practice to advance evidence-informed clinical practice across the organization. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary health teams to support Fraser Health’s vision as a provincial leader in clinical best practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved clinical health profession with a Master’s degree in the field or in health administration/education, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of recent, related clinical education experience in a complex health care environment.
• Current practicing registration with the applicable regulatory college/association in British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Provides practice leadership and guidance to clinicians, managers and directors to ensure Fraser Health is a leader in clinical care and a professional practice environment.
• Offers practice assessment and problem-solving for complex practice challenges; collaborates to develop implementation plans.
• Oversees projects with change management and knowledge translation considerations; supports education programs and practice development.
• Promotes evidence-informed practice and knowledge dissemination; fosters partnerships and networks to advance professional practice.
