Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join Madill’s Drugs in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. You will deliver clinical services, perform medication reviews, manage chronic diseases, and develop care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
