Clinical Pharmacist - Rubicon Health Solutions

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our Rubicon Health Solutions location in Regina, Saskatchewan. We foster a collaborative environment where team members participate in clinical conferences, share knowledge, and work closely with other facilities for integrated care. About Neighbourly Pharmacy:

Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canada's largest and fastest-growing network of community pharmacies. With over 295 locations nationwide, our core focus is on patient care, providing accessible healthcare with kindness in every community we serve.

  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Patient-Focused Care Responsibilities:

The Pharmacist will ensure safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy, contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical services such as medication reviews and disease state management
  • Initiating care plans, following up, and documenting
  • Assessing the appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitoring medication adherence
  • Collecting and documenting relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommending OTC products and vitamins
  • Answering patient questions requiring therapeutic knowledge and clinical assessment
  • Supervising pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities
  • Performing other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with Kroll
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
