Are you a registered Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for helping others? Join our Pharmacy department to bring your skills to a dynamic environment. In accordance with the mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Lead, Primary and Long-Term Care, this position provides clinical pharmacy services within the primary care network. As part of an interprofessional team, you will work directly with patients to identify and resolve drug therapy problems through comprehensive medication management.
Shift Rotation/Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30. Rotation and days may change based on operational needs. The position serves Prince Rupert and Coast Tsimshian communities.
Prince Rupert Regional Hospital is a 24-bed facility with services including Medical Imaging, Laboratory, ICU, ER, and Maternity. Services offered include:
