What we are looking for:
As a clinical pharmacist at Oak Valley Health, you will work with the inter-professional team to provide clinical pharmacy services to Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH), Uxbridge Hospital and Reactivation Care Centre (RCC) patients. MSH provides services to a wide range of patients in the following areas: Surgery, Medicine, ICU/CCU, Childbirth and Children, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation, Palliative, Complex Care, Oncology and Emergency. The Uxbridge Hospital provides services in Medicine, Complex Care, Emergency and Day Surgery. In this role, you will provide a range of drug distribution and clinical pharmacy services. In addition you will participate in patient education, support teaching students and provide drug information to nursing and medical staff . You will work collaboratively with the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians as an integral member of our pharmacy team.

The successful candidate will be available to work 8 hour shifts days, evenings and weekends; between the days of Monday to Sunday.Please note schedules may change based on organizational needs.
