Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Non-Dispensing) to join our team at Sandstone Pharmacies Carry Drive in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

1. Advance patient care beyond traditional dispensing through collaborative drug therapy management and innovative clinical initiatives.
2. Review patient records to assess the appropriateness of medication therapy.
3. Identify health conditions that require attention and refer patients to the appropriate healthcare provider.
4. Provide expert consultation on medication dosages, substances, and administration.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of pharmaceutical treatments and adjust as necessary.
6. Maintain accurate records of medication plans and patient progress.
7. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.

Qualifications:

• APA Certification required.
• Injection certification is required.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacists.
• Familiarity with Alberta Pharmacy Professional Services Framework.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with comfort in frequent phone interactions.
