Situated within identified Correctional Health Services locales, this position provides clinical pharmacy services to clients of the Correctional Health Services. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position works directly with clients to identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems through provision of comprehensive medication management.
ResponsibilitiesCurrent registration as a pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
Two (2) years' recent, relevant patient care experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Valid BC Driver's Licence and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
