Qualifications

• Current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or equivalent.
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians and other health care providers to develop therapeutic plans.
• Provide medication counselling to clients and families.
• Assist in developing drug therapy guidelines.

Broad knowledge of organization policies, procedures and standards of care

Knowledge of evidence‑based clinical pharmacy practice

Education
